Louisa Mensah is an accomplished Digital Transformation Expert, Agile Coach, and Co-Founder of Aventria Consulting, with over 12 years of experience enabling organisations to innovate, adapt, and grow in today’s fast-paced digital economy.
She has worked across multiple industries including banking, telecommunications, automotive, oil & gas, and software development, delivering complex transformation initiatives. Her portfolio includes contributions to high-impact programmes such as Vodafone’s award-winning Device Lifecycle Management (DLM), the UK’s first-ever 5G network launch, and Jaguar Land Rover’s electric vehicle transmission project.
Louisa has held diverse roles including Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, and Trainer. Her expertise spans Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), Lean practices, change management, and organisational agility. She is known for her people-first approach and ability to foster high-performing, self-organising teams.
She holds a BEng (Hons) in Computer Networking from the University of Greenwich, an MSc in Programme and Project Management from the University of Warwick, and an Executive MBA from the University of Surrey, giving her a strong foundation in both technical leadership and strategic delivery.
Beyond consulting, Louisa is a guest lecturer at the University of Warwick, where she teaches Agile in Change Management, and serves as Co-Organiser of Scrum Day London and Agile in Africa (2024), two major conferences championing global Agile excellence.
